
Julie E. Gillmor - Trustee of The Paul M. and Lucy J. Gillmor Charitable Foundation
Ms. Gillmor holds the position of Proposal Development Coordinator at the Nebraska Center for Research on Children, Youth, Families and Schools at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is an active volunteer with Mourning Hope Grief Center in Lincoln, Nebraska.
Ms. Gillmor has
served in a variety of positions including Nebraska Medicaid policy, non-profit
organizations serving children and families, and health care administration.
Ms. Gillmor holds a Master of Health Administration, and a Master of Public Administration from The Ohio State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from The College of Wooster.
Ms. Gillmor’s dedication and commitment to her community is commendable, giving of her time and talents, as well as monetary gifts.

Dianne Gillmor Krumsee - Trustee of The Paul M. and Lucy J. GillmorCharitable Foundation
Ms. Krumsee is the former Chair of The Old Fort Banking Company, a subsidiary of Gillmor Financial Services, Inc.
Ms. Krumsee holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from Ohio Wesleyan University, and a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University.
Maintaining community and civic involvement, Ms. Krumsee is a trustee of the Paul M. Gillmor and Lucy J. Gillmor Charitable Foundation and is a trustee emeritus of Tiffin University, where she served as the Chair of the Academic Policies Committee. She is a member and Past President of Columbus Woman’s Club, and a supporter/volunteer for Creative Living, a non-profit organization that provides housing and encourages independent living for physically disabled adults.

Michael C. Spragg - Chairman of The Paul M. and Lucy J. Gillmor Charitable Foundation Chairman, President and CEO of The Old Fort Banking CompanyChairman, President and CEO of Gillmor Financial Services, Inc.
Mr. Spragg is Chairman of the Gillmor Charitable Foundation, and Chairman, President & CEO of The Old Fort Banking Company and Gillmor Financial Services, Inc. Mr. Spragg is a seasoned banker with over 30 years of experience, having held several executive leadership roles with increasing responsibility, including executive level responsibility in areas of credit, lending, budgeting, asset & liability management, sales, and strategic planning.
Mr. Spragg earned a B.A. in Business Administration from Catawba College and an MBA in Finance from the University of Findlay. He is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin, the Advanced School of Commercial Credit, and the Ohio School of Commercial Credit at Miami University.
Mr. Spragg has been involved in leadership roles for numerous corporate, professional and community organizations. His community activities currently include serving as President of the Findlay Area Junior Golf Association and finance committee member for the Blanchard Valley Regional Hospital.

Dee A. Blackburn - Trustee of the Paul M. and Lucy J. Gillmor Charitable Foundation
Ms. Blackburn, serves as Vice President and Senior Administration Officer of the Old Fort Banking Company. Ms. Blackburn joined Old Fort Banking Company in 2002. She has over 41 years of experience in banking.
Ms. Blackburn, attended the Ohio Bankers League School.
Ms. Blackburn’s community and civic involvement includes: Clydescope Economic Development Corporation Board Member. Member and Co-organizer of Old Fort Bank's Relay for Life team and fundraising, Toys for Tots, Gillmor Foundation Fundraising, Winter Apparel Drive as well as other programs established through the Bank's Seasons of Caring. She previously was a member of Bellevue Rotary, Trustee for Rotary Commons, Cancer Society Board member, served on the audit committee for the City of Bellevue and planning commission for the City of Clyde.

Eric J. Willman - Trustee of the Paul M. and Lucy J. Gillmor Charitable Foundation
Mr. Willman, serves as Vice President and Project
Management Officer for the Old Fort Banking Company. Mr. Willman joined
the Old Fort Banking Company in 2011. He has over 19 years of experience
in banking.
Mr. Willman holds a B.S. in Business Administration
from the University of Dayton.
Mr. Willman’s community and civic involvement currently includes, or has previously included, roles as Board Member, Officer or Volunteer for the following local organizations: Camp Fire NW Ohio, Ritz Theater, Tiffin-Seneca Heritage Festival, Tiffin-Seneca United Way, Ohio Heritage School Days, Kiwanis Club and Foundation of Tiffin, Heidelberg University School of Business, Seneca Regional Chamber of Commerce, Tiffin Bicentennial Planning Committee, and various youth and school sports organizations.
